We are all about making sure you're in love with your Tote Library purchase! But hey, as a small business, we currently aren't able to process returns or exchanges (yet!). We’re working on it, so stay tuned for updates. 💌
Late Packages?
We know how much you’re looking forward to receiving your tote, so here’s what we do for those rare late arrivals:
- 30% refund if your package is 7 working days late.
- 100% refund if it’s 10 working days late.
Damaged Goods?
Uh-oh! If your tote arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we’ve got you. Just reach out to us within 7 days at info@thetotelibrary.com with a video of the damaged or defective product. We’ll sort you out with a full refund or a replacement faster than you can say “tote-ally fabulous!” ✨
EU Customers, We See You! 🌍
For our lovely EU customers, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, thanks to the EU Consumer Rights Directive. But really, who would want to return such a stylish tote?🫶 Just a quick note: because we’re a small business, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. We’re confident you’ll love it, but if you do decide to return it, let us know within the 14-day window, and we’ll take care of the rest.
