This is why we give you the option to return the product within 7 days after arrival for any reason within the European Union.❤️ (We are not able to process returns or exchanges yet from the US, but hopefully soon!) 

• The item must be in its original packaging. 
• Please reach out to us and we will help you through the process! You can write us at info@thetotelibrary.com 
• The item must be unused and in original condition (without any stains like makeup etc.) 
• The customer will have to pay for the return expenses.

We also offer partial or full refunds on late packages:

• 30% refund on packages that are 7 working days late.
• 100% full refund on packages that are 10 working days late.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@thetotelibrary.com. We will sort you out with a full refund.*
