30-Day Returns
Not feeling it? No worries. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or store credit. Just email us at info@thetotelibrary.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Item?
If your tote arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days at info@thetotelibrary.com with a short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. ✨
Late Delivery?
We know how excited you are to get your tote. For rare delays:
- 30% refund if your package is 7 working days late
- 50% refund if it's 10 working days late
EU Customers 🌍
